How it works
Party day in four steps.
Arrive and set up
Get there 10-15 minutes early to decorate. Two party rooms and a kitchenette are ready for you.
Record in small groups
Kids rotate through the studio in groups of 2-3. The birthday child records a special solo track.
Party while you wait
While groups record, everyone else makes custom lanyards, eats, and celebrates.
Playback and take home
Cake time while the mix technician polishes the track. Then everyone hears it on the studio speakers.

What ages is the pop star party for?
Kids, tweens, and teens ages 6 and up.
How many kids can attend?
Pop Star Party: up to 10 kids (max 15). Mini Pop Session: up to 3 kids (max 6). Additional kids are $25 each. Facility max is 25 people including parents.
Do kids take home their recording?
Yes. Every child gets a custom lanyard with a download code. The recording uses professional-grade processing, effects, and auto pitch correction.
Can we bring food?
Yes — for the Pop Star Party Package, bring your own food, cake, and snacks. Kitchenette with fridge provided. Food stays in the front party room. No popcorn, gum, candy, or feather boas. The Mini Pop Recording Session is a recording-only session.
What time slots are available?
Saturdays and Sundays at 12:00pm, 2:30pm, and 5:00pm. Weekdays by request.
How do I choose a song?
One week before: choose one group song and one birthday solo. Check availability at karaoke-version.com (no purchase needed) and email your picks to apopstarparty@gmail.com.
Is this like karaoke?
No. This is a professional recording studio. Real microphones, headphones, mix technician, auto pitch correction, and professional-grade effects. Nothing like karaoke.
What is the payment and cancellation policy?
A booking fee secures your date. Total is due in cash or cheque on the day. We will work with you to reschedule if needed. $150 no-show fee.
How do I download the recording after the party?
Use the 4-digit code on your lanyard at our My Downloads page. Free MP3 conversion is also available.
